We currently ship products across India. Availability of shipping to certain locations may depend on the vendor and courier partner.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timelines vary based on product type, vendor location, and destination.

  • Order Processing Time:

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

    • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Some vendors may offer free shipping on selected products.

  • Any additional charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

 

4. Multiple Shipments

Since RevvBay hosts multiple sellers:

  • Items in a single order may be shipped separately

  • Each shipment may have its own tracking details

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp

  • Tracking details can also be found in your My Account → Orders section

 

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

RevvBay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the package and product

We will coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges
