At RevvBay, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a multi-vendor marketplace, returns and refunds are governed by the individual seller’s policies, while adhering to RevvBay’s overall guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product received does not match the description
The item has missing parts or accessories
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:
Products damaged due to improper installation or usage
Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
Clearance or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
Electrical items once installed
Custom-made or special-order products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Log in to My Account → Orders
Select the order and request a return
OR
Contact us at contact@revvbay.com within 7 days of delivery
Please include:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
4. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to seller verification
Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp
Items returned without approval may not be accepted
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a seller error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed
If the return is due to customer preference (where applicable), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to seller error
7. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, customers may opt for:
Replacement of the same item
or
Refund, if replacement is unavailable
Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and seller location.
8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check with your bank or payment provider
Processing times may vary depending on payment method
Contact us if the refund is not received within 10 business days after approval
9. Multiple Vendor Orders
Items from different vendors may have separate return approvals
Refunds may be processed individually per product or seller
10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may not be eligible for refund
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
11. Policy Updates
RevvBay reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
