At RevvBay, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a multi-vendor marketplace, returns and refunds are governed by the individual seller’s policies, while adhering to RevvBay’s overall guidelines.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product received does not match the description

  • The item has missing parts or accessories

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or usage

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Electrical items once installed

  • Custom-made or special-order products

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to My Account → Orders

  2. Select the order and request a return

    OR

  3. Contact us at contact@revvbay.com within 7 days of delivery

 

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

 

 

4. Return Approval

  • All return requests are subject to seller verification

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp

  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted

 

 

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a seller error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed

  • If the return is due to customer preference (where applicable), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

 

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to seller error

 

7. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, customers may opt for:

  • Replacement of the same item

    or

  • Refund, if replacement is unavailable

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and seller location.

 

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment method

  • Contact us if the refund is not received within 10 business days after approval

 

 

9. Multiple Vendor Orders

  • Items from different vendors may have separate return approvals

  • Refunds may be processed individually per product or seller

 

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may not be eligible for refund

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

 

11. Policy Updates

RevvBay reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
